Store Manager

Job responsibilities


- Administering the shop and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

- Communicating with clients and presenting our product in the best light  

- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- Coordinating the ongoing processes of copywriting and design teams  

- Coordinating the project from its start until the finalisation  

- Reviewing and inspecting the website for possible bugs  

- Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers




Required qualifications


- Knowledge of Web, general understanding of SaaS and CMS

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English and Russian is a big plus

- Proven successful experience in the field

- Customer management skills

- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to meet deadlines
